Master the art and science of reduction firing! This all-levels workshop guides you through the complete High-Fire process from initial design to final unstacking.
6 Weeks Before Firing: Meet with Lee at River City Clay to plan your forms, explore glaze options, and learn how a Cone 10 gas kiln and reduction atmosphere transform ceramics.
Creation Phase: Build and bisque your vessels at River City Clay during your class, open studio, or membership time using your included 25 lbs of clay.
Glaze & Load Day: Join the group at 43rd Street Studios to glaze your pieces and load the Cone 10 gas kiln together.
Unloading & Critique: Meet the following week to unload the kiln and reveal the final results!
