Course Description
Do you love playing in the mud? Make “mess” into a masterpiece by joining us for an 8-week-long pottery course to master your pottery skills. Learn the basics of wheel throwing, trimming, and glazing. Create handmade functional pottery, experiment with various glazes, and learn about safety in the ceramics studio. Students will leave class with finished pieces to share with family and friends. Be ready to get messy!
This course includes a $40 materials fee. Materials include one 25 lb bag of high-fire clay, firing fees, and use of glazes, and tools.
Just bring your imagination (and some shoes & clothes you don’t mind getting muddy)!
